I started hunting black bear in April with my season ending September 7th! We had a great spring harvest with many bear in the 230-300plus range! With a very short break in July to catch are breath we started pounding the baits hard! After a very fruitful fall harvest we managed to help out are local moose herd and keep the bears out of Hornepayne! To many great times and harvest to name them all but, there was one that topped them off! My “adopted son” Jr with all that has been going on in his life managed to stay focused enough to put a great shot with his Mathew’s bow on this great Northern Ontario bush Bruin! I can’t thank everyone enough for all your support and faith! I have the best clients and support group an outfitter could ask for!! I’d like to thank Trapper Dan for all your hard Work in making this bear season at RHC come true! Until next year keep dreaming of that monster Ontario Black Bear!!! Dreams do come true!!
