The celebrations for StoryFest's 25 years are ramping up. We have a mid-summer presentation by Montreal's Terry Mosher. This should be perfect Sunday evening entertainment as Aislin takes us back to the Summer Olympics of 1976. This Sunday, Aug. 9th at 19:30. And, I have heard that Sunday will also see the announcement of the author's that will be featured for StoryFest this fall!
Fifty years later, many Quebecers still talk about the Big Owe. Aislin’s cartoons retain their impact in relating the uncontrolled costs of the Montreal Games. Terry Mosher will share many of these Olympic memories - good and biting - through his sketches on August 9th. Tickets: www.greenwoodstoryfest.org or at Que de Bonnes Choses, 484-D rue Main, Hudson, QC. 🌿
