🩺 FREE Nurse Practitioner Clinic Coming to The Table Food Bank!

The Mobile Youth Wellness Hub will be at The Table Food Bank on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, offering FREE access to a Nurse Practitioner for Children, Teens , and Young Adults. Whether it's a health concern, medical advice, prescriptions, referrals, or general wellness support, this is a great opportunity to connect with healthcare services close to home.

We are SO grateful to the generous ladies of Bangkok Thai Huntsville that helped not only make our free community meal yesterday for over 70 people possible, it was absolutely DELICIOUS. A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers and donors that made this meal and every weekly meal Monday and Thursday possible. It truly takes a village! Big news for our northern communities! 💚

Our very first Table Food Bank Hub is now officially located in Emsdale at Youth Unlimited South Almaguin!

This partnership helps us expand access to food support closer to home for individuals and families in the Almaguin region. Together, we are building stronger, more connected communities where everyone is welcomed with dignity, compassion, and care.

We are so grateful to Youth Unlimited South Almaguin for opening their doors and partnering with us in this important step forward.

Thank you SO much for all of your incredible donations! We have had the best time sharing your gently used and new treasures with our food bank guests and thrift shoppers supporting our free services! We need a few weeks to re-organize so all Exchange Thrift Store Donations are on hold from May 6-26th. There will then be a 2 bag maximum per donation starting again after that. We would love your help with SHOPPING and making room for new inventory our volunteers are organizing and sorting and we’d love more volunteers! We had THE BEST time during this year’s Smile Cookie Campaign held by our local caring Tim Horton’s West Rd/Hwy 11 location all last week. Our volunteers shared many smiles while decorating fresh ones daily with other kind and thoughtful neighbours supporting food security in our area. We are so grateful to be a recipient of a portion of the proceeds as we provide essentials for our neighbours in need. Thank you for helping us give others a reason to smile today ♥️
