Couldn't let the course students learn on an empty stomach. Homemade chili and garlic cheese toast was served at the M&L Supply Centre of Excellence with sous Chef David Lowe doing some slicing and dicing.

Scott SCBA Level 1 Technician course happening now at M&L Supply Fire & Safety Centre of Excellence in Winnipeg MB. Course Instructor was our own Allen Manley sharing his wealth of information. Stay tuned for other courses that will be happening each month. Fire Depts from MB and NW Ont are encouraged to attend.
