🌿 Eco-Therapy Experiences Coming This July🌿

Beginning at the end of July, I’ll be offering eco-therapy sessions in a peaceful retreat setting designed to support grounding, nervous system healing, and reconnection to self and nature.

Nestled in a beautiful forested area with breathtaking mountain views, this retreat space includes private office spaces as well as opportunities to experience therapy outdoors while immersed in the calming presence of the natural world.

Surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the rhythms of the earth, clients are invited to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in a deeply supportive environment.

Eco-therapy may support:
✨ Stress and anxiety reduction
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Emotional healing and processing
✨ Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
✨ Grounding and connection to the earth
✨ Reduced overwhelm and mental fatigue

Sessions may include:
Guided grounding practices
Guided meditation
Mindful nature connection
Somatic and earth-based practices
Sound therapy with crystal singing bowls
Gentle drumming and rhythmic healing practices
Quiet reflection in a restorative natural setting

This space has been intentionally created to offer a sense of calm, safety, and connection — where healing can unfold gently and organically for all ages.

With a background in holistic wellness, education, outdoor management, mindfulness & mental health, here at Mount Willow we are introducing Eco Therapy at the end of July 2026.

🌱Eco Therapy is a nature-based wellness approach that supports emotional wellbeing, stress reduction, mindfulness, grounding, and nervous system regulation through intentional connection with nature. Sessions may include forest walks, mindfulness, meditation, forest bathing, nature-based intentions and release work, creative activities, labyrinth experiences, or simply spending quiet, restorative@ time outdoors.

🌱Eco Therapy can help support emotional balance, reduce stress and anxiety, encourage self-awareness, improve relaxation, and create space for reflection and healing.

🌱Sessions are flexible and can take place indoors, outdoors, or through a blended approach depending on comfort, goals, weather, and accessibility needs.

Suitable for all ages. 🌿 Waiver & Separate consent form is needed.

Exams, shifting routines, friendship changes, summer jobs, sports, and big transitions can leave teens feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck. Parents may notice increased stress, shutdowns, irritability, sleep struggles, or worry this time of year.

I currently have online counselling & coaching appointments available for teens and young adults to help support emotional regulation, confidence, anxiety, overwhelm, stress management, and nervous system reset tools during exam season and summer transitions. 🌿 In person sessions are limited.

A gentle reminder that life can feel slower when we are truly present in it. One simple mindfulness practice to help “slow down time”:

✨ Choose ONE daily action to do mindfully today.
Whether it’s drinking your coffee, walking outside, washing dishes, or hugging your child — pause and fully notice it with all your senses. Breathe slower. Put the phone down. Let yourself arrive in the moment.

I currently have in-person sessions available throughout May in Innisfail before transitioning to more online availability from June 10 – July 10 - until we’re back from the UK - offering in person again.

This is a great time to begin in-person support before the shift online.

If your nervous system feels overloaded lately—this is for you.

You might notice:
• anxiety that comes and goes (or never fully settles)
• irritability, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
• feeling disconnected from yourself or others

I work with women (and teens) using a somatic approach to help you regulate your nervous system and feel more steady day-to-day.

For June & July all sessions will be online only- which works really well if you:

• are balancing a lot
