Head's up Community! We know it's been a long, long time since we have gathered to network so we are beside ourselves with excitement to share that we have something in the works! We are still ironing out a few details but just couldn't contain our excitement that The Coffee Cottage has agreed to host our FIRST "What's Brewing" ~ a networking opportunity of great coffee and even better community!

Wow! The Nominations are coming in and we are thrilled!

Thank you to the folks that take the time to acknowledge great business, excellent customer service, and community support ~ Our Manager, Kelly, was out delivering posters for our Business Of The Year Awards yesterday and seeing faces light up when folks find out they were nominated? Pretty amazing.

📣📣CALLING ALL EVENT PLANNERS! 📣📣

The Innisfail & District Chamber Of Commerce is gearing up for our annual Tradeshow next Spring and we are accepting Proposals from Event Planners to help make this our best Tradeshow yet!

The Scope of Work is as follows:

* Develop and manage a detailed project plan and timeline in collaboration with the Chamber Manager
*Recruit, register and coordinate exhibitors/vendors;
*Secure and manage the venue, layout and required permits.
*Coordinate logistics: signage, power, tables/booths, security, waste management
*Develop and execute a marketing/promotion plan (social media, local media, print & community partners
*Manage a detailed event-day budget and provide regular financial reporting to the Chamber
*Coordinate on-site staffing/volunteers and manage the event on the day(s) of the Tradeshow
*Provide a post-event summary report, including attendance, vendor Feedback and financial reconciliation

Please feel free to propose additional value-added services (eg. sponsorship sales support, entertainment booking) as optional add-ons, clearly itemized and priced separately from the core scope above.
