Important Temporary Trail Closure Notice in Wilderness Protected areas.

We have received notice from the Department of Environment and Climate Change that all trails in Wilderness Protected Areas will be closed from Friday at 7:00 P.M. until further notice. Below is the text from the notice. We will share the formal press release when we receive it.

Good evening Trail Managers,

Due to predicted severe weather from Hurricane Lee, all managed trails in wilderness areas (hiking and OHV) to be closed effective 7:00 pm on Friday, September 15, until further notice. All trails must be assessed before they can reopen. This is similar to a provincial park closure which will come into effect tomorrow as well. As our partners and trail managers, I wanted to let you know of this decision ASAP before the press release and social media posts go out tomorrow.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process customer transactions
• Provide fuel to customers
• Handle cash/debit/visa transactions responsibly
• Maintain store cleanliness

• Additional tasks as they arise

Hours Per Week
• Part time. 15-30 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.
