Feel Free Adventures Feel Free Adventures is devoted to connecting adventurous souls with the purest spaces of nature. I am a Certified Life Coach and a Mindset Fitness Coach.

I have worked with athletes for 4 decades to help athletes to go beyond the limitations of the mind. Moving to Jasper 29 years ago as the figure skating coach completely changed my life. I fell in love immediately with the park and it's unbelievable beauty and magnificent nature. I dreamed of being a hiking guide as soon as I heard that there was such a profession. I made that dream come true 24 y

ears ago when I became a Certified Hiking Guide with the Association of Canadian Mountains Guides. I have guided many travelers from all over the world sharing my passion and knowledge of all the pure spaces that I have discovered. I believe that the pure spaces of nature are very powerful and that connecting with these spaces can be very nourishing for the soul. I always allow time for my guests sit in silence and really connect with themselves and the pristine places we explore. I believe in the importance of "leave no trace" practices in nature. I am always fostering an appreciation and understanding of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living beings. Being a Certified Yoga Teacher and meditation practitioner allows me to bring the body, mind, and spirit aspect to your hike if desired.
