9.1 Proposal for 2026 Water Quality Monitoring Program – Conmee Landfill
9.1-1 Report to Council – 2026 Water Monitoring Program
9.1-2 Proposal – North Rock Engineering
Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receive the reports presented and approve the proposal from North Rock Engineering Inc. in the amount of $14,945 plus HST to complete the 2026 Water Quality Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Conmee Sovereign Road Landfill; AND FURTHER that the Clerk be authorized to execute the Work Authorization Agreement on behalf of the Township.

10 BYLAWS
10.1 By-Law 2026-013 – Budget 2026
Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT By‑law 2026‑013 be passed; AND, FURTHER, THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized on behalf of the Township of Conmee to affix their signatures to By‑law No. 2026‑013, being a by‑law to establish the 2026 Budget for the Municipality, effective May 26th, 2026.
10.2 By-Law 2026-014 – Tax Rates
10.3 By-Law 2026-015 – Tax Ratios
Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Bylaw 2026-014 and Bylaw 2026-015 be passed, and FURTHER, THAT the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized on behalf of the Township of Conmee to affix their signatures to By-Law No. 2026-014 and By-Law No. 2026-015 being By-Laws to establish the 2026 Tax Rates and 2026 Tax Ratios for the Municipality, effective May 26th, 2026.
10.4 By-Law 2026-016 – Regulate the Placement and Display of Election Signs
Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council hereby enacts By-law No. 2026-016, being a by-law to regulate the placement and display of election signs within the Township of Conmee.
10.5 By-Law 2026-017 – Use of Municipal Resources during an Election
Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council hereby enacts By-law No. 2026-017, being a by-law to regulate the use of municipal resources for election purposes within the Township of Conmee.

Recommendation: BE IT RESOLVED THAT, at ___ p.m., Council move into Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended, to consider Item 13.1, being the Closed Session minutes of the Council meeting held May 12th, 2026, under the same authority as the original meeting; Item 13.2, regarding loader procurement, including a confidential report and three quotations, for the purpose of providing direction to staff, pursuant to Section 239(2)(k) of the Municipal Act, 2001, being a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to negotiations; and Item 13.3 regarding a summer student position, including staffing and program considerations, pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, being personal matters about an identifiable individual.
