⚠️ Air Quality Alert
Today’s Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) is 11 (Very High Risk), and temperatures are expected to reach 35°C. The combination of wildfire smoke and extreme heat can significantly increase health risks for everyone.

Stay Safe:
• Stay indoors whenever possible and keep windows and doors closed if it’s safe to do so.
• Limit or postpone outdoor activities, especially strenuous exercise.
• Drink plenty of water and take breaks in cool, air-conditioned spaces.
• If you must be outside, reduce your time outdoors.
Watch for Symptoms:
Be aware of coughing, shortness of breath, wheezing, headache, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, confusion, or fainting. If you or someone else experiences severe difficulty breathing, chest pain, confusion, loses consciousness, or shows signs of heat stroke, seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
Extra Care for Those Most at Risk
Take additional precautions for:
• Children
• Older adults
• Pregnant individuals
• People with asthma, COPD, heart disease, or other underlying health conditions
