Winter weather is here. As we shift into winter, don’t forget to:

⌚ Plan extra time for your commute.

❄️ Slow down and drive to conditions. Remember, speed limits are for idea conditions. Rain, fog, and snow are not ideal.

👀 If visibility is reduced, slow down, watch for 💡 tail lights ahead, and be prepared to stop.

🚗 Leave extra space between vehicles.

👷 Stay at least 10 car lengths back from maintenance vehicles and wait to pass until the plow has pulled over.

Argo Road Maintenance (Thompson) is looking for dedicated and experienced professional drivers to join our Thompson team as winter road crew/ plow truck operators! Positions are full time, and seasonal

‼️ To be considered, you must have a minimum Class 3 Driver's License with an air brake endorsement.

✅ Experience operating tandem/tri-axle trucks is preferred.

👷 DUTIES:
- Manual labor to complete a variety of road maintenance activities
- Operation of tandem axle trucks and snow removal equipment
- Other duties

💲 PAY: CA$34.58 - CA$36.39 per hour

👷 👷‍♂️ Crews have been busy these last couple months. Here are a few shots of what we've been up to:
