Building Healthy Families is offering the next Elements of Change, Equine Assisted Learning program beginning April 22/26. It runs every Wednesday morning from 10:15am - 11:45am for 10 weeks. The Elements of Change program at HorseWorks Equine Learning Centre offers participants an opportunity to go on a powerful journey of self awarness and emotional regulation. The horses deliver master classes in communication, appropriate assertiveness, leadership, negotiation, boundaries, team work & more. All skills that we use in our daily lives with our families, our friends, and in our workplaces; everything we learn in the arena applies to LIFE. Equine Learning is for Every One! Our horse teachers can't wait to meet you! If you would like to take part in this free adult program call 250 861 4933 to reserve your spot. We look forward to having you!!

Building Healthy Families is offering our next Elements of Change, Equine Assisted Learning program beginning February 11/26. It runs every Wednesday morning from 10:30am - 11:45am for 10 weeks. The Elements of Change program at HorseWorks Equine Learning Centre offers participants an opportunity to go on a powerful journey of self awarness and emotional regulation. The horses deliver master classes in communication, appropriate assertiveness, leadership, negotiation, boundaries, team work & more. FREE parenting education/support programs offered at Building Healthy Families Society in Kelowna.... Self Help Opportunity for Parents (SHOP) program topics covered are:

PARENTING SKILLS

• Styles of Parenting • Building Healthy Self-Esteem

• Solving Problems • Stages of Attachment

• Encouragement & Praise

• Ages and Stages of Development

• Understanding Child Behavior & Temperament

Also included, a once per week one-on-one session with your program facilitator to work on skills and strategies specific to your family. This program is for everyone, in all stages of parenting.
