Meet Milena Perini, a Pediatric Physiotherapist from VIVA Pediatric Physio. She will be hanging out at the Hub to answer all your baby and toddler motor development questions and more!

Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. That’s why we’re offering a weekly Parenting Workshop where parents and caregivers can come together to learn, connect, and find support.

This drop-in group provides a welcoming space to share experiences, build practical parenting skills, and connect with others navigating similar challenges. Topics include building secure attachment, turning conflict into cooperation, managing screen time, and prioritizing parent self-care. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask a Registered Counsellor questions about your family’s unique needs.

Join us every Tuesday from 9:00–10:00 AM at Connect Counselling (4-1890 Cooper Road).
