Kennedy-Langbank students are excited to help clean up our community!

Kennedy-Langbank school is accepting donations. All donation will go to the school's Angel Fund which helps to provide support to students by providing financial assistance for various needs and to ensure all students have access to the resources they need to succeed academically and personally.

If you would like your yard tidied this is is a great opportunity for students to give back to their commuity!

The Village of Kennedy received grant funding from the Community Initiatives Fund for Community Programming in 2025, designated for activities from September 2025 to June 2026.

This funding was allocated to support programming costs that the entire community could appreciate. Over 60 individuals participated in various programs, including The Kennedy Playschool Program, Paint Nights, Line Dancing Classes, and Cooking Classes.

The community programming had a profound effect on the Village of Kennedy beyond just providing essential services for the programs. It contributed to the enhancement of personal connections and the development of skills. The programs encouraged residents to interact with one another and created a stronger and more vibrant community.

Thank you to all the individuals who participated in the programming!

Contractor crews for SaskPower are in Kennedy for the next few days replacing 9 power poles and installing 4 trusses on existing poles. There is a PLANNED POWER OUTAGE on Friday, April 10 from approximately 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The Village of Kennedy has completed training to issue alerts that fit the criteria for an emergency in Kennedy.

Assessment Roll Open
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the VILLAGE OF KENNEDY for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., on the following days: February 12, 2026 - March 16, 2026.

A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required. All fees must be submitted to the local assessor at the VILLAGE OF KENNEDY.

All appeals must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Revision, Nicolle Hoskins, which can be sent electronically to VILLAGE OF KENNEDY, Box 93, Kennedy, SK S0G2R0, and forwarded to the Secretary of the Board of Revision.

Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the assessor at the VILLAGE OF KENNEDY, Box 93, Kennedy, SK S0G2R0. A notice of appeal, accompanied by a $50.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be submitted by the 16th day of March, 2026.
