*Training Opportunity*! Thunder Bay Counselling in conjunction with Shooniyaa Wa-Biitong has an upcoming Financial Literacy Training session. There are currently eight spots open to community members of the 24 First Nations in Treaty # 3 that we service on a first-come, first-serve basis. This training will be offered at no cost; however, travel expenses will not be covered.

🧠 Mental Health First Aid First Nations Training

Grand Council Treaty #3 Health Transformation is offering Mental Health First Aid First Nations training in Kenora, Fort Frances, and Dryden.

This three-day training provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis, while honouring First Nations experiences and the impacts of trauma.

25 spots available per location, with two participants per community/organization. Travel and expenses will be reimbursed following completion of the training.
