Applications can be submitted online, by phone, or by mail once the draw opens, making it easy for everyone to apply before the deadline.

🐾 2026 Summer Camp at Shubenacadie Wildlife Park 🐾

Join Us for 6 Weeks of Nature, Wildlife, and Adventure!🌿

Location: Shubenacadie Wildlife Park
Cost: $225.00/week

📆Camp Dates & Ages:
Weeks 1–4: Ages 6–10*
Weeks 5–6: Ages 10-13*
*Campers must be of age on or before the first day of camp they attend

🕣Camp Hours:
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM*
*Late pickup is available until 5:00 PM for an additional fee

🌞Jr. Leader Program:
Jr. Leader positions will be available for the first 4 weeks of camp for ages 12–14.
More information on how to apply will be posted at a later date—stay tuned!

❕Special Note: Due to high demand, campers are limited to attending one week of camp. This allows us to accommodate as many children as possible and provide a diverse and inclusive experience for all participants.

What an incredible week at the 2026 March Break Youth Hunt Camp!

We’re thrilled to celebrate 17 graduates who successfully completed both their Non‑Restricted Fi****ms Course and Hunter Education Course — a huge achievement! 👏

A heartfelt thank you to the Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club for hosting us, and to the many volunteers and organizations who made this camp such a success. This truly was a team effort, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Some highlights from the week included:
🦫Nova Scotia Trappers Association – Trapping demonstration
🐾NAVHDA – Hunting dog demonstration with live birds
🎯Lunenburg Rod and Gun Club – S***t shooting activity
🦌Safari Club International (SCI) – Donated a .22 rifle and four Spypoint trail cameras, won by five lucky students!
⭐CWTF - donated all hunter safety vests and hats!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who taught, demonstrated, volunteered, donated, and supported this camp. Your time and dedication made a lasting impact on these young hunters. 🌲🦌
