Great day connecting with the dedicated cafeteria staff across the Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education! 🍎🥦

We joined staff for their Professional Development Day to talk all things food waste, practical reduction tips, and the huge impact kitchen teams make every single day.

Did you know that if all global food waste were piled into a single mountain, it would stand 6,550 feet taller than Mount Everest!

Big thanks to the cafeteria teams who nourish our students and work hard to make sustainable choices in our school kitchens!
