A HUGE HEARTFELT THANK YOU! ❤️🌽🔥
What a beautiful day of community, generosity, laughter, good food, and fellowship! Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude after today’s Community Farmers Market & BBQ. What started as an idea to bless our community became something so much bigger because of the incredible people who stepped up and made it possible.
🌽 To our amazing local farmers — THANK YOU! 🌽

We simply cannot thank you enough for your incredible generosity. You opened your hearts, your farms, and your harvests to help us bless the people in our community with fresh, beautiful vegetables. Your generosity was such a powerful reminder that when people come together, we can make a real difference.
You didn’t just provide vegetables today — you helped provide hope, joy, connection, and a tangible expression of love to our community. ❤️
We are so grateful for every farmer who donated, every box of produce that arrived, every bag that was filled, and every person who helped make sure those blessings found their way into the hands of others. Your kindness will not be forgotten!
🔥 And to everyone who came out and supported our BBQ and Community Market — THANK YOU!
Thank you for coming, for bringing your families and friends, for sharing a meal, for stopping to chat, for laughing with us, and for helping create such a wonderful atmosphere.
It was so much more than a market and a BBQ. It was community happening right before our eyes. ❤️
That is what community is all about!
🙌 And then there are our INCREDIBLE VOLUNTEERS!
Where would we have been without you?
From preparing and setting up, unloading and sorting, filling bags, serving food, cooking, greeting people, cleaning up, moving tables, answering questions, making sure everyone was looked after — you absolutely outdid yourselves!
You gave your time, your energy, your smiles, and your hearts.
Some of you were here long before the first person arrived, and some stayed until the very last thing was put away. You worked behind the scenes and on the front lines, and you did it all with such willing hearts.
You didn’t just volunteer today — you served. ❤️
And that difference matters.@
We are incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful team of people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and say, “How can I help?”
Today reminded us once again that loving our community isn’t just something we say — it’s something we do.
To our farmers.
To our volunteers.
To everyone who donated.
To everyone who cooked.
To everyone who came.
To everyone who shared.
To everyone who encouraged us.
To everyone who helped in ways big and small.
THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU! ❤️
You helped make today a beautiful picture of what can happen when a community comes together with generous hearts.
We are already looking back on today with huge smiles and grateful hearts.
From all of us at The Salvation Army Kentville Community Church — thank you for helping us LOVE OUR COMMUNITY!
We are better together. And today was proof of that.
