🧘‍♀️🌿 Family Yoga is happening today!

✨ The people have spoken! Our new Family Yoga time is 3:30–4:15pm at the Kimberley Early Learning Centre (570 Mark St).

We'll be stretching, moving, breathing, playing, and connecting together in a fun, family-friendly environment.

📱 Planning to join us? Please send us a quick text today so we know you're coming! This helps us prepare the space and ensure we have enough mats for everyone.

Unfortunately, tomorrow’s Family Yoga is cancelled due to water system repair work being done by the City. 💧

We know many families were looking forward to it, and we appreciate your understanding while the work is being completed.

We can’t wait to see you for Music this Thursday 🎶 — and Family Yoga will be back next week! 🧘‍♀️✨

🌿 NEW Family Yoga Time! 🌿

We heard from families that a slightly later start time would help with pickups, snacks, naps, and all the other real-life kid things — so we shifted the schedule a bit 💛

🧺 Yes, we have mats available!

As a pilot program, we’re creating a relaxed, welcoming space for families to move, connect, play, and unwind together. No yoga experience needed — just come as you are 🌈

🥳 Come join us at the Free Family Carnival on June 18th! 🎈

We're excited to be hosting the Free Family Carnival again this year! Get a jump start on your Spirit of the Rockies Festival weekend with a free BBQ, games and prizes at Kootenay Child Development Centre.

This event is especially for families with young children, ages 0-6, but everyone is welcome. Staff from our Children and Families programs will be on-site to answer questions about our services and local supports for young families.
