Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy-Kimberley CBAL-Kimberley offers a variety of literacy programs for families, children and adults. All of the programs and services are free.

🎒The Kimberley Library’s Bird Kits for Juniors are ready for action!

In partnership with Wildsight Education and CBAL (Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy), these seasonal kits are packed with goodies - binoculars, ID guides, and awesome books to help young explorers (ages 3+) discover the world of birds.

FREE to borrow with your library card and turn every adventure into an exploration!

🤸Dive Into Summer Reading Club 2026!

🐳Set sail on an Under the Sea adventure this summer!

🐙Registration opens June 20th and closes June 30th, so be sure to secure your spot early - space is limited and registration is required.

🐬Each week, young explorers will journey through a different ocean zone with fun activities, challenges, and plenty of reading along the way. This FREE program is open to children in Grades K - 7 and is a great way to keep kids reading, learning, and having fun all summer long.
