We have received numerous Traffic Complaints regarding vehicles making unnecessary noise in the downtown core, especially on Ontario St. We hear you and will continue to enforce the Highway Traffic Act to deter this behaviour. This stop was made on the weekend after this rider continuously revved their motorcycle down Princess St and Ontario St. Rider was charged accordingly!! ^JB

This GMC drawing a trailer with an insecure mini skid steer was stopped and on inspection it was found to have an expired 10 day Temporary Permit from June 2024 and had required a Safety Standard Certificate for over a year. Based on actual weight both GMC and Trailer required annual inspection stickers. The GMC was found unfit for the road and licence plates were seized. Driver/ Owner issued $750 in fines and GMC and Trailer had to be towed at added cost. ^JB

Stunt Driving Stops Here! M2 class rider caught speeding at 122km/hr in a 60km zone on Taylor Kidd Blvd. Also had an illegal licence plate curtain which was seized. Faces court, fines up to $10,000, and a 1 year driving suspension on conviction with mandatory Driver Improvement Course! ^JB

Stop Signs are not a Suggestion!!! Seriously, stop! A G2 Class driver was stopped on the weekend for Failing to Stop at the intersection of Bayridge Dr and Creekford Rd. While completing their right turn, they cut off another driver with the right of way. Driver charged accordingly. ^JB
