It's time to register for our fall fitness classes and spaces are limited! The following classes are available from mid-September until mid-December:

➡ WEDNESDAY 50+ class from 10-11am (Sept 16 - Dec 16) - $56 (taught by Helen Malo)
➡ WEDNESDAY Yogafit - for Everybody & Every Body! from 11:30am to 12:30pm (Sept 16 - Dec 16) - $56 (taught by Helen Malo)
➡ THURSDAY 50+ class from 10-11am (Sept 17- Dec 17) - $56 (taught by Karen Reid)

Kingston Greenwood Sports Hall of Fame Student Athlete Scholarship Opportunity

The Athletic Promise Scholarship will award $1,000 to a student athlete in grades 9 to 12 or 2026 graduate from École Rose-des-Vents, Middleton Regional High School and West Kings District High School, who demonstrates exceptional athletic potential, dedication, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence in their chosen sport. According to the application package, funding can be used to offset costs associated with training, coaching, equipment, travel, competition fees, camps, and other sport-development opportunities.
