Happy Earth Day 🌎🌱

We’re always happy to suggest ways that you can green your event! Here are just a few of our tips:

• Send all meeting materials electronically.

• Consider making a website, smartphone app, or email subscription for the event. Most people have their smartphone with them all the time, so the schedule and all other information will be at their finger tips!

• Evaluate giveaway items and eliminate unnecessary waste.

• If issuing lanyards for name tags, collect them after the event to reuse.

• Consider opting for china service instead of single-use packaging for your catering order.
