📣 Call for Tender — Catering Services
Northern Horizons Summit 2026 · September 29 · La Loche

We are looking for a talented individual or team from our community to feed our guests on September 29.

No business required — just the skills, a food safety certification, and the heart to cook for your community.

You will be responsible for building a menu, pricing your labour, and preparing breakfast, lunch, and supper for 150+ guests. We will handle the grocery run — food pickup from Saskatoon on September 25th is covered.

📗2026 North West Communities (NWC) Scholarship Program📗
For the Community of La Loche

The North West Communities Scholarship Program is now accepting applications for the 2026 academic year

We encourage applicants pursuing post-secondary education in areas including, but not limited to:
➡️Science
➡️Resource-Based Education
➡️Trades
➡️Human Resources

To be eligible, applicants MUST submit:
✅Proof of enrolment in the Fall semester of the current academic year
✅FINAL Grade 12 transcript (or equivalent)
✅Letter of interest outlining post-secondary goals
✅Current picture and short biography of applicant

Applications can be picked up and dropped off at the Northern Village of La Loche Office.

🗓 Deadline: Friday, September 25, 2026 @ 5:00 PM

Physical copies of the application are available at the Village Office, or you can scan the QR code on the poster to access the application form online.
