Lac du Bonnet has picturesque scenery with the Winnipeg River flowing alongside providing a beautiful backdrop for our amazing Canada Day fireworks! Make use of the waterway by dropping a fishing line in or just spend the day sightseeing. You can take in the Fire & Water Music Festival August long weekend and if that gets too hot for you, you can participate in our Fishing Derby held every March f

or your chance to catch the big one! Aside from our annual events, our community also offers indoor recreation at our Community Centre such as bowling and curling. Take in a public skate at the Arena or catch a game of local hockey. Throw on some skis, snowshoes or grab your snowmobile and go for a safe ride! Lac du Bonnet is an age friendly community. It truly is a four season playground for the young and the young at heart! You really have to see it for yourself to appreciate all our community has to offer!
