As another school year comes to a close, the Central Okanagan District Parent Advisory Council would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our students, families, educators, support staff, administrators, and school communities for all you've contributed this year.

The last few weeks have been especially busy with celebrations, year-end events, and countless moments of learning and growth. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, energy, and care to make it all possible.

A special thank you to the many parent volunteers and PAC members whose dedication strengthens our school communities throughout the year. Your commitment makes a meaningful difference.

We wish everyone a safe, restful, and joyful summer filled with time to relax, recharge, and make wonderful memories with family and friends.

We are blessed with amazing community minded teachers at PGE, BRAVO! 🤩

A big thank you to Sarah Letourneau and her Grade 4/5 class at École Peter Greer Elementary!

Recently, the class hosted an Entrepreneur Fair and generously donated a portion of the proceeds to our food bank. We love seeing young people learn the importance of giving back and making a meaningful impact in their community.

Thank you for thinking of us and our neighbours who need a helping hand. The future is in great hands!

In 90 minutes, in plain language, no tech background needed, you'll walk out knowing the specific steps: what to set up, what to turn on, what to block. A clear checklist you can actually act on that week.

A local Lake Country parent, Colin Calnan, who works in cybersecurity, is behind it.

And here's the bigger picture: when enough Lake Country families do this together, we become the first community in Canada to take it on as a town. Every family who comes leaves with a window decal for their home.

New Kindergarten students WELCOME!

When you arrive to the event come and get your “Passport to Fun” at the PAC tent. You will get your passport stamped at the different stations. There will be bouncy castles, Plinko, face-painting, cupcake walk, fishing game, soccer dart, UBC STEM Activities, lawn games and more!

Remember to bring CASH for the 50/50 and food trucks. The Chuck Wagon, SiSi, and The Daily Grind will be there. Meal planning made easy!
