Please join us for a special meeting on 'The Power of The Gospel'.

Our guest speaker is Jonathan Conrathe, Founder of Mission24, an interdenominational Christian ministry driven by a vision to equip the Church and reach the world for Christ. Over the last three decades, Jonathan has seen thousands of people in more than 50 countries come to know Christ, through preaching of the Word and the signs that accompany it (Mark 16:20).

When: Sunday, 17 May, 10 am
Where: Gymnasium, The King's Community Church

Yes. It is possible to hear God! The ability to hear God is one of the most important practices of the Christian faith and helps you grow deeper in your relationship with God. The course runs as six sessions (90 min each), with in-session practice and post-session assignments to practice hearing God.

ABOUT SETFREE? The SETFREE weekend has helped countless individuals find freedom from sinful strongholds and hurts in their lives through Christ’s power found in confession, forgiveness and inner healing. Don’t miss this opportunity to be set free and experience freedom in Jesus!

WHO CAN ATTEND? We encourage anyone 16 years and older to attend, regardless of where you are in your walk with Jesus!

WHAT IS THE COST? The cost is $30 per person. Included in the cost are Friday dinner, Saturday’s lunch, snacks, beverages, and participant materials. You can e-Transfer your registration to [email protected]. Please mention your name and SETFREE in the memo so we can track registrations.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? Please bring your Bible, a notebook, and a pen. Above all, come prepared to be willing to be ministered to by the Lord Himself!

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE? Check-in is between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm, Friday evening. We will begin with dinner at 5:30pm and the first session at 6:15pm. After the sessions on Friday, participants go home for the night and return for the morning session on Saturday at 8:30am (breakfast not included). SETFREE runs until 5 pm on Saturday evening.

WHERE IS THE VENUE? SETFREE will be held at The King’s Community Church, 21783, 76B Avenue, Langley.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Pastor Clint Nelson (Parkside Church, Mission) and Pastor Steven Abraham (The King’s Community Church, Langley) will lead the group in sessions that include worship, teaching and practice labs. All small group discussions happens within your group of three (also called “triads”). Participants are also free to share only as much they are comfortable.

WHAT PREVIOUS PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO SAY?
• “Having attended the retreat, I feel more confident that the Lord is going to carry me and keep filling me with His presence.”
• “It has been great to deal with a few things in a safe, comfortable place and know I have the tools to keep moving on in Him.”
