The Blair family has been involved in the purebred cattle industry for 50 years, starting with the Simmental breed, and now the Red Angus, Black Angus and Hereford breeds. We have gathered proven cows and proven cow families from reputable breeders across Western Canada. These females are loose made, big ribbed loose made females. We will focus on maternal traits and functional cattle that can wo

rk in both the pasture and show ring. Our culling criteria will be some of the toughest in the industry. We will scrutinize any and all breeding decisions and ensure that all new sires come from “GREAT MOTHERS”.

We are very proud to offer the Blairs.Ag Junior Scholarship program. This program will give juniors across Canada the opportunity to receive scholarships for their post-secondary education. By purchasing females from Blairs.Ag Cattle Company and participating in regional, provincial and national livestock shows, juniors may quality for scholarships to help further their educational dreams. Blairs.Ag Cattle Company has a passion for the livestock business and believes Angus cattle will continue to have a major impact on the future. As we look toward the future, the other component to the success of the Angus breed will involve people ­ this is why we are so passionate about encouraging young people today to have a stake in the livestock industry and we are prepared to invest heavily in helping to make this happen.
