Nanaimo Lantzville BC NDP

Connecting with residents about what matters to them most. A few things I’ve been proud to see happen during my term: new BC Cancer centre under construction, a new Urgent and Primary Care Facility behind Country Club Mall, and 135 new before & after school child care spaces.

🎉🎊👏🙌🎊

Today, I’m announcing that I will seek re-election as the BC NDP candidate for Nanaimo–Lantzville.

Serving the community where I was born and raised has been one of the greatest honours and responsibilities of my life.

To everyone who has shared your stories, challenges, and hopes with me, thank you. I have carried those conversations to Victoria and they have shaped the work I do every day.

When I ran in the last election, my hope was to help build community, bring people together, and create opportunities for people to be heard. Because I believe public service has to not only meet the needs of the moment we’re in, but ensure we build a community that’s stronger, more hopeful, and full of opportunity for the generations that follow.

With gratitude for the trust this community has placed in me and humility about the responsibility of serving it, I am putting my name forward once again.

There is more work to do, and I would be honoured to continue serving Nanaimo–Lantzville.
