Did you know that Mistawasis has begun planning to bring buffalo back to the Nation as part of our work in Food Sovereignty? We have identified a potential location for our buffalo pasture, as indicated in the map below (just west of the race track) and are looking for feedback from our Nation's citizens regarding the suitability of this location. If you have any comments or concerns regarding the location of this pasture please let us know. This project belongs to the Nation, and we want to ensure we are meeting your needs and doing things in the best way possible. If you have any questions or feedback please contact Dr. Jeff Baker ([email protected]). Jeff Baker
