The Aggie Swag Store is now open and will close on Monday, September 21. Once the store closes, all orders will be processed and delivered to the school. Items will be sent home with students unless otherwise requested. If you are purchasing an item as a gift and do not want it to be sent home with your child, please email [email protected]. We will gladly set your order aside for pickup from the school office.

At École Agnes Davidson, we like to Explore, Create and Discover! Our Grade 3 students were busy EXPLORING the Frank slide in the Crowsnest Pass (Frank Slide Interpretive Centre) to learn about how the Earth's surface can change over time. This field trip also allowed the students a chance to DISCOVER how early settlers emigrated from various countries and cultures to establish communities in the land now known as Alberta. What a great integration of science and social studies curricular outcomes! This field trip ROCKS!

À l'École Agnes Davidson, nous aimons explorer, créer et découvrir ! Nos élèves de 3e année étaient occupées à EXPLORER le glissement de terrain de Frank dans le Crowsnest Pass pour apprendre comment la surface de la Terre peut changer au fil du temps. Cette sortie a également permis aux élèves de DÉCOUVRIR comment les premiers colons ont émigré de divers pays et cultures pour établir des communautés sur ce territoire maintenant connu sous le nom de l'Alberta. Quelle excellente intégration des objectifs du programme en sciences et en études sociales! Cette sortie est GÉNIALE!

Mr. Lyon's grade three students wrote some letters to Mayor Hyggen as part of their social studies curriculum. Mayor Blaine Hyggen asked if he could come to the school to talk to the students about provincial and municipal government. We were thrilled to have him at our school! Thanks for coming!

Les élèves de troisième année de M. Lyon ont écrit quelques lettres au maire Blaine Hyggen dans le cadre de leur programme d'études sociales. Le maire Blaine Hyggen a demandé s'il pouvait venir à l'école pour parler aux élèves du gouvernement provincial et municipal. Nous étions ravis de l'accueillir dans notre école ! Merci Beaucoup!

Last week our students were treated to a live French performance of Petite Ondine, from Théatre La Seizième, located in Vancouver. The performance, inspired by The Little Mermaid, contained object theater interwoven with songs from Nina Simone.

La semaine dernière, nos étudiants ont assisté à une représentation en direct de Petite Ondine en français, du Théâtre La Seizième, situé à Vancouver. La performance, inspirée de La Petite Sirène, comportait du théâtre d'objets mélangé à des chansons de Nina Simone.
