We’re incredibly grateful to Kal-Tire South Lethbridge for their generous donation of a brand new set of tires for our agency vehicle.

This vehicle plays a vital role in helping our team stay connected with the community, providing services across Lethbridge and the surrounding area, and supporting Blood Tribe families and youth. Having safe, reliable transportation makes a real difference in our ability to show up when it matters most.

Your kindness and commitment to community truly stand out. This is what partnership and collaboration look like in action, and we’re so thankful to have your support.

From all of us at Family Ties Association, thank you for helping us keep moving forward.

In honour of National Indigenous Day the admin team was blessed to visit Dan Fox’s Buffalo ranch, hear his stories, had a sharing circle and got to see the beautiful Buffalo up and close!

Then some of the Family and Youth team went to support the Blood Tribe Early Learning and Childcare Centre Youth Pow Wow. It was a great couple of days 🧡

CBC is investigating the experience of families on waitlists for the Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) program as well as families benefiting from FSCD supports here in Alberta.

This is an important opportunity to help build a clearer picture of how access to supports and barriers to access are affecting families, and to ensure these experiences are better understood.

If you are interested in sharing your experience with the CBC, we would encourage you to fill out the CBC's short survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfmMs0MBp0c2YLv2hnF-qhFIZ48RmCbYDLFh98z1lYkDYZSMg/viewform?usp=header
