💉 Influenza Clinics at Nord‑Bridge - Oct. 22 & 23

We’re partnering with Medicine Shoppe YQL and nursing students from the University of Lethbridge Faculty of Health Sciences to bring convenient flu vaccination clinics right to Nord‑Bridge.

📅 Thursday, Oct. 22 & Friday, Oct. 23
⏰ 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 West Community Room

Protect yourself and those around you - getting your flu shot is one of the easiest ways to stay healthy this season. No appointment needed; first come, first served.

Please note: Influenza vaccines only will be offered during these clinics.

Today, as we celebrated our Thanksgiving Luncheon at Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre, I couldn't help but reflect on just how much I have to be thankful for!

I'm thankful for our 1,500+ amazing members who bring life, laughter, friendships, and energy into our Centre every single day. I'm thankful for our incredible volunteers, who give so generously of their time and talents, and our dedicated staff, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make Nord-Bridge such a special place.

But most importantly, I'm thankful that Nord-Bridge is more than just a building. It's a place where seniors can come together, share a meal, enjoy a conversation, make new friends, and feel a genuine sense of belonging. For some, these daily interactions are the highlight of their week, and knowing we can provide that connection means so much.

As I walked around today, snapping a few selfies with members, volunteers, commercial tenants and staff, I was reminded that it's the PEOPLE who make Nord-Bridge so special! ❤️ (please note: I am terrible at taking selfies 🤦🏻‍♂️)

Thank you to everyone who makes our Centre feel like one big family. I'm incredibly grateful to be part of this wonderful community.

Thanks to Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services for joining us today! Great information and tips at their "Charge Into Fire Safety" booth - here until 2pm!

In recognition of Fire Prevention Week, Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services will be at Nord-Bridge with a Fire Safety Information Booth Thursday, October 8, in the main corridor.
Stop by between 10 am–2 pm to meet local firefighters, learn practical safety tips, and get guidance on fire extinguishers and home preparedness.

It’s a great chance to ask questions, pick up resources, and feel more confident about keeping your home safe.
