Celebrate... donate...

Don't forget to recognize, and more importantly, donate to your favorite nonprofit for NATIONAL NONPROFIT DAY , on August 17th.

National Nonprofit Day is observed to recognize the immense effort nonprofits and charities put into making an impact in their communities and across the globe.

WE SHOULD RECOGNIZE AND THANK THOSE THAT ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE!

Here’s 4 simple things you can do on this special day:

1) Thank any individual or organization that is a TRUE DIFFERENCE MAKER!
2) Using the hashtags and , give any nonprofits you know a BIG shoutout on your social media pages, including acknowledging them on the National Nonprofit Day Facebook
3) If you’re a nonprofit, recognize the amazing work your employees and volunteers have done for the furtherance of your organization!
4) Last, and surely not least, you don’t have to wait until Giving Tuesday

Show your love on National Nonprofit Day, August 17th.

Those in the trenches every day really deserve it! ❤

Make the best of your summer!
☀️😎💦

☀️ A summer reminder ☀️

If you or someone you love takes medication for their mental health, this is a reminder worth keeping in mind.

Some antidepressants and antipsychotics can make it harder for your body to regulate heat, which means hot summer days may affect you more than you realize. Feeling more exhausted, dizzy, overwhelmed, or unwell in the heat isn’t always “just the weather.”

So as temperatures rise:
💧 Drink plenty of water.
🧡 Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning.
🧢 Wear light clothing when possible.
☀️ Listen to your body and don’t push through if something feels off.

Taking care of your mental health also means taking care of your physical health.

Share this to your story because never know who might need the reminder today. ❤️
