The LPCC has such a fantastic group of volunteers, each playing an important part in keeping the Centre running smoothly. Whether they are meeting directly with clients, helping with administrative work, or sorting donations, every role is vital.

Today, we are celebrating Henny as she moves on from her time at the LPCC after 13 years. Henny joined us as a volunteer in 2013 and has since given over 800 hours of her time to serve our community. Thank you, Henny, for all the love, care, and time you've poured into the Centre over the years. We appreciate you immensely and are so grateful for the impact you've made!

We had lots of fun and made memories this week at the Lethbridge Corn Maze with a special event just for our clients and their families! We are so honoured to know and walk alongside our clients. We loved taking the time to celebrate their strength and resilience while simply enjoying a fun day together. Thank you to everyone who came out!

A special thank you to each of our sponsors and volunteers who made this possible. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, the event was completely free for our clients and their families to enjoy. This included a bus for anyone who needed help with transportation and a door prize for each client to take home.

This week, one of our clients found themselves needing a car seat for their newborn. Thanks to the Lethbridge Fire Fighters Charities Association, a car seat was delivered directly to the family at the hospital so they could safely bring their baby home.

We are so grateful for local organizations that partner together to fill gaps and support families when needs arise. Thank you for helping give this family the best possible start!
