In the spring of 2025, the Fishburn Cemetery Committee and MD of Pincher Creek received a grant to complete a history project that included repairs to damaged historical grave sites that had felt the effects of age, weather, ground shrinkage, and the environment.

Last weekend, we were invited to be a part of a celebration of community history in Fishburn.

Over the weekend, Lethbridge Astronomy Society celebrated their 35th Anniversary at the Oldman River Observatory.

We're also big fans of their inflatable planetarium!

We visited Heritage Acres Farm Museum for their amazing Barn Dance on Friday night! There was great music and lots of dancing.

The event received one of our Diamond Anniversary Grants. These grants helped make events free and accessible to bring communities together to celebrate.

Our Diamond Anniversary Grants were awarded to 11 events that are inclusive, free, and accessible to the community.

Yesterday, we attended the "Bridging the Gap" Powwow in Town of Cardston.

The atmosphere was incredible and the weather was perfect!

In the fall of 2025, SACE Aspire Foundation and BIPOC Foundation received a grant to purchase equipment for a creative studio that gives youth and local artists access to media tools, mentorship, and programs that help them share their stories.

Yesterday, we had a chance to see the space in person. It's an amazing resource for local artists!
