Join us for our free Family Swim to Survive drop-in sessions at the Lindsay Recreation Complex! Work with an instructor to practice the three Swim to Survive skills: rolling into deep water, treading water for 60 seconds, and swimming 50 metres.

🎉 Civic Day Long Weekend is just around the corner ... please see below our Parks and Recreation Hours of Operation for the upcoming holiday!

All Parks and Recreation facilities will be closed and programming cancelled on Monday August 3 for the Civic Holiday. This includes the administrative office, all recreation centres, arenas and pools.

There will be no swimming lessons on Sunday August 2, 2026.

The weight room and pools at the Lindsay Recreation Complex and Forbert Memorial Pool in Bobcaygeon will resume regular hours on Tuesday August 4, 2026.

Summer Day Camp Programs at the Lindsay Recreation Complex will resume regular hours on Tuesday August 4, 2026.

Jump In and connect through Concerts in the Park! Black Fly Band will be performing live this Wednesday August 5, 2026 from 6pm to 8pm at Victoria Park in Lindsay!

We would like to thank Lindsay & District Chamber of Commerce for their dedication and partnership, and Whiskey & Wingfest LDCC for sponsoring this concert. We hope to see you all again on Sunday for a live performance from Evan Denley!
