Thank you to everyone that joined us on this chilly morning at City Hall to raise our awareness flag. We are so grateful for the support we received from our elected officials, both Police services, the Paramedic service and the public.

Today, we mark World Autism Awareness Day by recognizing the strength, diversity, and contributions of autistic individuals in our community.

This morning, Chief Robertson joined members of Kawartha Lakes Autism Support for a meaningful flag‑raising ceremony, highlighting our shared commitment to inclusion, understanding, and support for neurodiverse residents.

🧩 Together, we continue building a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
