A little preparation goes a long way when adventure happens naturally.

Before you explore the caves and rugged forest trails, bring:

• Hiking shoes with a good tread
• A flashlight
• Comfortable clothing
• A cell phone for plenty of photos
• Binoculars for the view

No reservations are needed. Admission is cash only, and the last entrance is at 5:00 p.m.

The trail asks a little of you, but the view gives plenty back.

Explore the natural limestone caves, follow the rugged forest trail and make your way to sweeping views over Georgian Bay.

Did you know Greig’s Caves has had its share of screen time?

In 2013, a film crew shot scenes at Greig’s Caves that were used in the opening credits of the MuchMusic Video Awards (MMVAs).

Later that same year, another film crew spent two days and a night at the caves filming scenes for the adventure movie Against the Wild, starring CJ Adams and Erin Pitt.

Pretty cool to think that a place you can explore right here on the Bruce Peninsula has also served as a backdrop for the screen!
