We’d be thrilled to welcome a local crafter to join our Nourishing Connections meeting and lead a simple, fun activity with our moms and their littles (ages 0–6).

We’d especially love to do a Christmas craft! 🎄🎄🎄

Our Care Closet in Listowel is officially OPEN — and we’re so excited to welcome families in.

We’re offering free essentials for parents with children ages 0–6, including diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, toys, feeding supplies and more.

Because our shelves are stocked entirely through community donations, stock will vary from week to week — some items may be limited, and others may not always be available.

The Care Closet is open by appointment only, and families are welcome to visit once every two weeks so we can support as many parents as possible.

🌟 High School Volunteers — We’re Looking for You! 🌟

Rise & Thrive is looking for a Grade 11 or 12 student who needs community volunteer hours and is passionate about supporting moms and young families in North Perth.

We’re looking for someone who can help with:

• Preparing documents
• Prepping for our monthly meetings
• Running our Padlet system
• Drafting social media posts
• Keeping our Care Closet organized

This is a great opportunity for students interested in early childhood education, social work, community services, or nonprofit work.

The time commitment is flexible and would be roughly 4-6 hours a month and can be split up through-out the month as needed.

Due to the nature of our program and the moms we support, we are seeking a female student for this role.
