Supporting persons with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives where they succeed, contribute, and thrive!

The Bea Fisher Organization has three companies governed by a Board of Directors for each company. The Bea Fisher Centre Inc. Incorporated in 1972, provide the various programs and services which operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their diverse talents and presence in the community help the clients integrate in the community and monitor the many programs.
The Bea Fisher Foundation is the

fund raising and publicity entity for the organization.
Bea Fisher Enterprises Inc. was created to generate revenue for the programs and services of the Centre. Managing the business affairs of the Bottle Depot where People with Developmental Disabilities are employed in the businesses and contribute significantly.

BEA IN THIS TOGETHER CHALLENGE!

Bea Fisher is excited to promote the upcoming National AccessAbility Week and its efforts to promote a barrier free Canada… so don’t be surprised if you are tagged in a social media post or get a text from a friend sometime in the next 2 weeks saying they just donated $6 to Bea Fisher and are challenging you to do the same.

Between May 20 and June 6, we’re asking our community to support belonging in Lloydminster with a small $6 donation (or more if you’d like). Your support helps Bea Fisher individuals stay active, connected, and involved in the community through programs, transportation, employment supports, and meaningful everyday experiences.

When your friend tags you or sends you a text, accept the challenge and pass it along! We all benefit when everyone has the opportunity to belong.

At Bea Fisher, you will receive training to help you and the individuals we support to thrive!

Requirements:
- Valid Standard/ Intermediate First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Class 5 license and personal vehicle
- Clear Criminal Record with the Vulnerable Sector
- Strong Communication skills, problem solving experience, and willingness to learn

IT'S GO TIME AT THE BEA FISHER BOTTLE DEPOT

Spring is usually our busiest time for processing refundable containers - and this spring is proving it. On Saturday, May 2 our amazing team processed over 186,000 containers in a single day and for the first 3 days of May they processed over 430,000 containers! Just WOW!
