Supporting persons with developmental disabilities to live full and meaningful lives where they succeed, contribute, and thrive!

The Bea Fisher Organization has three companies governed by a Board of Directors for each company. The Bea Fisher Centre Inc. Incorporated in 1972, provide the various programs and services which operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Their diverse talents and presence in the community help the clients integrate in the community and monitor the many programs.
The Bea Fisher Foundation is the

fund raising and publicity entity for the organization.
Bea Fisher Enterprises Inc. was created to generate revenue for the programs and services of the Centre. Managing the business affairs of the Bottle Depot where People with Developmental Disabilities are employed in the businesses and contribute significantly.

Quarterly Peer Recognition - July 2026

Wow has this summer just flown by or what? Thank you to all of the employees going above and beyond at this time of year with extra activities, day trips, and vacations to boot. In particular, we want to especially recognize the latest recipients of the Peer Recognition program!

It's back - the THIRD annual Bea Fisher Fundraiser Pickleball Tournament brought to you by TD Bank. We couldn't put on a tournament without our sponsors whose support gets events like this off the ground. We're back and getting bigger! Plan now to be part of our biggest tournament yet - 11 draws over 2 days. Test your skills among area players. On site beer gardens and lunch along with prizes for draw winners and runners up will round out this fantastic weekend of competition.

This is a fundraiser to help fund improvements at several of our care homes. Providing safe, accessible homes designed around the needs of the individuals who live there is a foundational support Bea Fisher provides. Projected costs for these projects exceed $100,000 and our goal is to raise $20,000 towards these projects through the tournament.

Do you enjoy being out in the community? Are you reliable, flexible, and experienced in being a role model?

At Bea Fisher, you will receive training to help you be a champion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive at community opportunities. Whether that is recreation, socialization, or employment.

Requirements include:
- Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Standard or Intermediate First Aid
- clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
