YMCA Swim-Able offers one-on-one swimming lessons with dedicated support for children and youth with disabilities and those who benefit from a little extra assistance.

This program is available at no additional cost to members. Non-members may be eligible for financial assistance.

We’re looking for clean clothing, new socks and underwear, adult footwear, backpacks, small bags and hygiene products to support Londoners experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Have something at home you can donate? Bring it with you on your next visit to the Y and drop it off at our donation table and bins beside the basketball court. 🙌

I just finished my tour of bike infrastructure in Ward 10 with Vince from London Cycle Link. I am heartened to see some new protected stop areas for cyclists at Springbank and Wonderland. There continues to be no bike lane (safe or otherwise) along Wonderland between Commissioners and Southdale.

I'm heading out for a bike tour of Ward 10 with a London Cycle Link volunteer Friday morning. I have cycled around the whole city, mostly to get where I need to go (i.e. commuting), and also for pleasure. So many aspects are great and so many aspects are downright unsafe and scary. I'll give you a report on Ward 10 infrastructure after my ride.
