All of our buses are equipped with a child check system. At the end of every route, the driver must walk to the back of the bus and check every seat to ensure they are empty. An alarm will sound if the driver doesn't perform their daily child check procedure.

Bus Tags for your Kindergarten Students have been sent to your child's school. Watch for the tag to come home with your student on their first day of school. The bus tag let's the driver know they are in kindergarten and must be met at the bus stop. Attach it to their backpack in a visible place.

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Your child's/children's annual verification forms for the 2022-2023 school year are now available through the TVDSB Parent Portal (www.tvdsb.ca/parentportal). Please take a few minutes to complete these forms online. The use of the Parent Portal will streamline the process to ensure that accurate information is on file at the school with respect to your child/children.


Parents and Caregivers are invited to visit the Parent Portal in order to create a login account using the email address registered at their child’s school. An online video is available on the login page to assist with the account creation process.

Families are encouraged to make note of your child’s student number which is listed in the parent portal. This student number will be important information to have available for future reference.

The parent portal is a valuable information tool for your child, which provides parents and caregivers with access to information such as:

Attendance
Marks and report cards
Individual Education Plans


We encourage parents/caregivers to use the link in the Parent Portal to access the Online Payment website (SchoolCash) to register and pay any student-related fees throughout the year. The Online Payment site accepts payments using credit card, Interac and direct withdrawal to make payments easier.


We recognize and support the diverse needs and backgrounds of our students and our families. If families require any assistance with the registration process or support with providing any materials needed for school, please do not hesitate to reach out to the school office team or your child’s teacher for assistance.
