Bonnie's garden is thriving this summer! 🌼🍅

She's spent many hours planting, watering, and caring for everything, and it certainly shows. From beautiful flowers to fresh vegetables, Bonnie has taken great pride in watching her garden grow.

There's something so rewarding about seeing all that hard work bloom 💚

It's hard to believe we're already halfway through our second week of 2026 Accessible Sailing! ⛵💙

So many people have already had the chance to get out on the water, enjoy the fresh air, and experience the freedom that comes with sailing. Each trip out on the lake has been an opportunity to build confidence, try something different, and enjoy the experience of being on the water.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at Rondeau Yacht Club and the Access BOOM Accessible Sailing Program for making these experiences possible year after year. Their welcoming volunteers, adaptive sailboats, and commitment to inclusion help ensure more people can experience the joy of sailing in a safe and empowering way 🌊

Ryan had a great day out on the water on Friday on a fishing trip in Manotick with Catch A Smile! 🎣

He brought his mom, niece, and nephew for a special day together on the Rideau River. After cruising along the river, everyone dropped anchor to try their luck fishing from the boat.

Ryan loved being out on the water, feeling the breeze, and sharing the experience with his family. A big thank you to Catch a Smile for helping create opportunities like this for people to enjoy the outdoors and try new experiences! 💙

Sandra and Marlo enjoyed a visit to the Sparta Lavender Farm, where they took in the sights, scents, and peaceful atmosphere of the farm.

They spent time enjoying the beautiful lavender fields, the sound of buzzing bees, and the farm’s delicious signature ice cream and cookies. It was a lovely day filled with simple moments and time spent exploring local attractions.

Stephen had a great time at Turtle Fest in Tillsonburg! 🐢

He spent the day browsing the local vendors, checking out the animals, and socializing with as many people as possible. From taking in the sights to soaking up the summer weather, Stephen had a great day.

🦋 Cathy, Cathy, and Wendy had a great time visiting the Cambridge Butterfly Conservatory.

They spent the day exploring the exhibits, walking through the beautifully landscaped space, and taking in all the butterflies flying around them. It was a great day to enjoy the nature around them.
