Friends of the Bar U

Friends of the Bar U Ranching history. The Friends of the Bar U is a volunteer organization that works with Parks Canada to operate the National Historic Site.

Nestled in the foothills of southern Alberta about an hour south of Calgary just off of Highway 22. Site includes the original headquarters of the historic ranch with 35 restored buildings open to the public.
