A local entrepreneur in our community and she offers great workout classes!! We are happy to have you H3 Studio!!

Casey Murray from Loon Lake has opened a fitness and spin studio called H3 Studio . Casey opened her studio last summer with support from the Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs (IWE) Program through Beaver River and NACCA.

Casey’s fitness studio brings spin and strength classes to Loon Lake and surrounding communities.

Through the IWE Program, women entrepreneurs can access support guidance, grants and funding opportunities to help turn their business ideas into reality while building confidence, skills, and independence along the way.
