The end of the year is full of holiday celebrations which can be difficult to navigate when you are grieving. Every year we offer our Coping with the Holidays sessions to the community to offer support.

You can attend online or in person.

We will discuss strategies to help cope with the holidays while grieving, and at the end we will light a candle for those we are missing.

Save this post and share with anyone you feel could use the support.

Our first Coping with the Holidays event will be held:
