Building Science Association of Ontario OBEC (Now BSAO) is a Not For Profit Corporation, duly established according to the relevant Acts of the Province of Ontario.

Since 1987 - The Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC) (Now BSAO) has been bridging the gaps among the architectural, engineering, research, manufacturers and construction communities.
