CAP Libraries is raising new concerns regarding anticipated regulatory changes that could drastically impact public libraries and is asking to be consulted before regulations are set.

Since Bill 28 was introduced, CAP Libraries has sent two letters to the Premier and Minister of Municipal Affairs requesting meetings to discuss the proposed legislation.

Supporting success, one exam at a time!

At the library, we see firsthand how hard our community works to reach their goals, whether that’s taking a distance education course, upgrading skills, or starting something new.

But for many students, writing an exam can mean traveling hours to a school or testing centre. That’s where we can help.

Our exam proctoring service gives local learners a place to write their exams close to home, with the supervision they need and a space where they can feel comfortable and focused.

It might seem like a small thing—but saving that trip, reducing stress, and having support nearby can make a big difference. And we’re proud to do that for our community.

Got a curious little learner aged 3–6? Bring them in for our Little Makers Kit—a hands-on program full of building, creating, and exploring!
