To hear a story, visit the New Brunswick Public Library Service website at www.gnb.ca/publiclibraries. Click on Online Library, and then select TumbleBooks.

During accessibility week we would like to welcome our patrons to check out our fully adaptive work station. This public access computer features a larger screen and keyboard as well as buttons to lower or raise desk height for ergonomic comfort or to accommodate a wheel chair!

Durant la semaine de l'accessibilité, nous invitons nos usagers à découvrir notre poste de travail entièrement adapté. Cet ordinateur en libre accès est équipé d'un écran et d'un clavier plus grands, ainsi que de boutons permettant de régler la hauteur du bureau pour un confort ergonomique optimal ou pour faciliter l'utilisation d'un fauteuil roulant.

Programs! Programs! Programs!... Libraries are about our patrons and we love having them come to our FREE programs. Coffee mornings on Fridays, Summer Reading Club coming soon, Book Club once a month and Games at the Library Saturdays from 1-5pm for ages Teen+.

This Saturday our librarian is away so in lieu of that we will have Games for ages teen+ this Thursday night at 6pm!

Kings Landing has been bringing history to life for more than 50 years and now is the time to experience it for yourself! Visit your local public library from June 5 – 13, to get your FREE pass to Kings Landing, which you can use to gain a one-time entrance to the attraction on any day from June 7 – 13.
Please note: only the west side of the village will be accessible during this time as Kings Landing undertakes essential infrastructure improvements.

Visit your public library from June 1 – 15 to get your pass, which you can use to gain a one-time entrance to the attraction on any day it is open between June 21 and September 6, 2026. The passes are available for a limited time. Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity!

Venez chercher votre laissez-passer à votre bibliothèque entre le 1er et le 15 juin. Le laissez-passer vous permettra d’entrer gratuitement, une fois, au Pays de la Sagouine, entre le 21 juin et le 6 septembre 2026. Les laissez-passer seront émis pendant une période limitée. Need to get away from it all? Starting May 15th, you can explore the natural beauty of New Brunswick with a Provincial Parks Day Pass from your local public library!

From May 15 to October 11, 2026, you can borrow a pass which gives you one day’s admission to an NB Park of your choosing – for free! All you need is a library card.

You can select from one of the following parks:
Fundy Trail Provincial Park
Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park
Mt. Carleton Provincial Park
Murray Beach Provincial Park
New River Beach Provincial Park
Parlee Beach Provincial Park

There are only 500 passes available per day, and they must be used within 3 days of when they were borrowed. Contact the library to learn more.
